for Vehicle Accidents Handling

亲~2016年6月上线的“快处易赔”微信公众号，是上海保险业联合上海交警推出的便民利民的一大举措。在上海，如果车主发生机动车物损交通事故，只要登录“快处易赔”微信公众号，即可通过上传照片等步骤，实现事故网上处理、在线定责和保险报案等服务，大大节省时间哦！

Dear drivers, the " Quick & Easy " was launched in June 2016 through the joint efforts of Shanghai Insurance Association and Shanghai Municipal Public Security Bureau. It is a platform facilitating the handling of vehicle accidents and offering drivers great convenience. In Shanghai, a vehicle owner, if involved in a traffic accident which causes damages to motor vehicles, can log on “Quick & Easy” to upload photos, handle the accident, report the case, determine the responsibility and claim insurance compensation totally online. It's easy and time-saving!

First, search the official account “Quick & Easy” and subscribe it.

进入公众号后，点击左下角“快处易赔”进行案件流程办理~

In the account, click on “Quick & Easy” at the bottom left corner to start the case processing.

进入操作页面后，点击“开始”，即可根据办理流程拍照取证、协商定责和一键报案啦！

（ps:目前仅限于处理两车交通事故，且事故车均为上海承保车辆。）

On the operation interface, click on “start” and follow the procedures to take photos, determine the responsibility and report the case.

(p.s. ONLY Two-vehicle accidents with both vehicles insured in Shanghai are applicable at present.)

部分办理流程如下：

请务必打开手机GPS定位功能，确保警方定位现场哦~

Make sure to turn on GPS of your mobile phone to help the police locate the accident scene.

拍照挪车

Take photos and move away your vehicle.

进入“拍照挪车”流程后，请选择“两车事故”进入，并模仿图例进行拍照，确保图片清晰。

In this step, select “two-vehicle accident”, take photos according to the given examples, and make sure the photos are clear and identifiable.

请对方驾驶员扫描二维码，查看处理进度~

Ask the driver of the other party to scan the QR code to check the handling progress.

请双方驾驶员共同撤离至不影响交通的安全地点，点击“已挪车”按钮进入信息采集界面。

Move the vehicles to a safe location where vehicles will not block the traffic. Click on “I have moved away my vehicle” and start the information collection process.

Please fill out the information of both parties and upload photos of your driver’s license.

协商定责

Negotiation and Determining the Responsibility

首先要选择事故情形，再填写驾驶员及车辆信息哦~

First select the specific scenario and fill out the driver and vehicle information.

对定责结果没有争议就点蓝色按钮吧！有争议就点白色按钮提交警方远程指导吧！

If there is not any disagreement on the result, click on the blue button. If there is, click on the white button to submit the case to the police and follow distant guidance.

手机短信获取并输入验证码，确认提交，生成事故协议书喽~

Obtain the verification code by texting with your mobile phone. Enter the code, confirm, and submit. An accident agreement will be generated.

You will receive a text message soon after the agreement is generated. Please keep in good custody of the agreement since it is an important evidence.
